Qualification:- Graduate in civil engineering with atleast 25 years experience in the field of design/planning, execusion and supervision of civil engineering works relating to building construction.

Age:- Less than 60 years as on 01.01.2015 (62 years for CPWD)
Salary:-Consolidated remuneration of Rs 45000/- per month.
